Health Check Notice (Visitors and Residents)


Dear valued guests and residents, as you are aware, COVID-19 is currently a serious issue around the world and has led to restrictions of movement in many countries. Please note that Star City Management has been working hard to play its part to minimize the risks of infection within our estate in however way we can.

As one of the measures taken, please be informed that, we are taking temperature checks at all entrance of the estate for incoming vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and individuals. You will also be asked to inform us of your location to be accessed and reason for entry to the estate.

If the temperature is taken to be more than 99.5F or 37.5C. Here are the actions that will be taken and we request for your cooperation.

  1. You will be asked to step aside and wait 2 minutes.
  2. Your temperature will be taken again after waiting 2 minutes.

When the temperature is taken to be less than 99.5F or 37.5C, you will be allowed entrance after recording the location of your visit and reason for your entry.

If the temperature remains to be more than 99.5F or 37.5C after the second check. You will be denied entry to the estate for visitor and for residents will be escorted to home. The following steps will be taken upon this incident of denied entry.

Visitors

  1. You will be denied entry to the estate.
  2. You will be given a memo of the incident, which informs you that your body temperature has been measured above normal range and follow WHO guideline for self isolation.
  3. You will be given contacts for healthcare centers.

Residents

  1. You will be given a memo of the incident, which informs you that your body temperature has been measured above normal range follow WHO guideline for self isolation.
  2. You will be requested to return home and be advised to follow WHO guideline for self isolation.
  3. You will be given contacts for healthcare centers.

At present the estate management is preparing to implement further steps to ensure all aspects of essential services, will remain functional in the event of any potential enforced restrictions of movement.

We encourage your cooperation and seek your understanding at this trying moment to prevent the virus. Let us work together to minimize risk of infection entering our estate. We would also like to remind all us to be vigilant in protecting yourself and the people around you, by following basic protective measures recommended by the ministry of health.
