Job Description
- Assisting and preparing to review General Ledger, Journal Voucher & Payment Voucher for utility and report to finance manager
- Review and prepare payment vouchers and journal entries, cost and management report
- Check and control weekly cash flow, outstanding receivables and payables, all outstanding balances
- Assisting for monthly and quarterly Commercial Tax
- Perform detailed financial analysis as part of monthly financial closing
- Take overall control of the Truck & Trailer accounting functions
- Assist to supervisor regarding budget reports and forecast revenue
- Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
- Able to utilize accounting and entity procedures, aligned with company’s target and ensure compliance with the law
- Keep organization information confidential and able to perform ad-hoc jobs assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
- 2 Years and above work experience Accountant & Finance field.
- More preferable who had experienced in construction field
- Com / B. Act / Any Graduate
- Prefer Dip in ACCA Part 1-2/ LCCI Level (III)
- Good command of English Language (Writing + Speaking)
- Working Knowledge of accounting software, budgeting, and taxation
- Accounting mindset and Professional attitude & appearance, good communication skills
- High Level of Computer Literacy, advance MS Excel skills
- Proactive, Team player with high cooperation attitude and able to work under pressure
