- To provide customer service needs
- To perform customer service email handling
- Credit control and collection
- To assist any Design Review Community related documents
- Answering residents’ correspondence via email and phone.
- Relaying extensive product information to residents.
Job Requirement
- Education – Any graduate
- Experience – At least 1 year experienced in related field
- Language Skill – Fluent in English
- Other Skill
- Microsoft Offices suite, good communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and eager to learn
