Job Description
- Maintain and update database of Golf Club Members
- Handi Cap recording of Golf Club Members
- Prepare duty schedules
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
- Record minutes of meetings
- Manage communication including emails & phone calls and provide information
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
- Social media preparation and executing to post & reply to enquiries & comments
Job Requirement
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience – At least 2 years’ & above experience in related field
- Language Skill – Good in English
- Other Skill – Communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, Microsoft excel, word and powerpoint
