Job Description
- Complaint attempting and problem solving
- Regular maintenance service for the electrical items and water treatment system
- Record the daily energy consumption, chemical consumption
- Regular maintain service on the Generator as per schedule and follow up to Operation Engineer.
- Attempt inspection for Move in, Move out and Handover process.
- Calculating and checking BOQ and prepare JO, inquiry to outsource suppliers if need.
- Prepared material requisition and required hand tools list and support the direct supervisor in operation
- Reporting to Direct Supervisor and Assistant Manager in a timely manner.
- Ensure the work is done and complete work effectively and efficiently.
- Coordination and cooperation with leasing and CS team operation staff.
Job Requirement
- Education – BE or B.Tech or AGTI (Electrical) or (Mechanical)
- Experience – At least 2 years experience in related filed
- Other Skill – Basic English, Microsoft Offices suite
