Job Description
Security and Safety Operations
- Prepare necessary documents for authority submission and inspection by coordinating with consultants and contractors.
- Prepare operation and maintenance manuals for MEP services.
- Track and monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by contractor.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project teams.
- Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the team, subcontractors, and suppliers as applicable.
- Attempt required change notices and orders when necessary and keep informed the status and issues that may impact to
- project cost and schedule.
- Prepare operation and maintenance manuals for MEP services.
- Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, safety etc.) with contractors and consultants to discuss
- key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
- Knowledge of Engineering disciplines like Mechanical, Electrical, etc.
- Good knowledge of the building development/redevelopment industry
- Familiarity with construction methods and the building codes
- Process and documentation driven, familiarity with specifications, shop drawings, RFI’s, O&M’s and submittal process.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical
- Construction experience in the building industry with MEP system
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 2 years or above experience in the construction industry.
