Main responsibilities

  • Receiving, verifying, and processing sales transactions
  • Prepare Sales Agreement and Estate management Contracts
  • Maintain and update sales and customers information
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
  • Liaise with banking partners for payment and mortgage processes
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks

Essential Skills and knowledge

  • Strong understanding of property law, ownership rights and relevant taxation
  • Detail orientation and focused nature
  • Result orientated ad good team supporter
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or business
  • 2 years of work experience administrative role
  • Fluent in Burmese, English (Chinese is a plus)
